Did you try to select the folder and delete it?

As for your log:

O2 - BHO: SingleInstance Class - {FDAD4DA1-61A2-4FD8-9C17-86F7AC245081} - C:\PROGRA~1\Yahoo!\Companion\Installs\cpn\YTSingle Instance.dll

The only entry that rings up with the Yahoo Companion. If you are using it leave the entry there. If you are not using Yahoo companion then remove it.

You could always run Malwarebytes to see if there is anything else lurking around that may be respawning the virus.

Should go thru the Guide....then post a log. Not post a log without going thru the guide.

If you bothered to try GOOGLE you would find it as the very FIRST result. Sorry not just the First result but the first PAGE of results.

Let me google that for you

While we are a community to help people. We are not here to do everything for you. You do have to do some research on your own. There are many tools out there, among search engines that you can use to find the software we mention.

How come you say you tried to use the Guide yet your quoted post below shows that you didnt even bother to save it yet to open it?

grr i cant do it lol

So how is it you tried to use the guide and installed seom software from it if you havent even gotten it to save and extract?

We will be glad to help but lying to us is not the way to go. We cant help if you do not give us the honest and most current information. From what you said earlier you tried some of the software but now you havent even gotten the guide.

Sorry but we cant help if you wont be honest with us and tell us the truth.

You need to select the guide in RAR format. Make sure you have downloaded and installed WinRar from Rarlabs.com and after that you will see the file in the form it should be. Then right click on the downloaded guide and select the Extract to Here option.

You should see a screen pop up and after it gets to 100% you will see the Word Document show up right in the window that you are currently in.

Then use Word from Microsoft Office or The Office Document Viewer to view the document and go thru it.
