Internet Antivirus pro has hijacked

I have been working on a computer for a friend and did perform a clean install on the machine the antivirus/spyware trial ran out and a software company went into action Its call Internet antivirus Pro (IAPro.Exe) I thas effectivley hijacked the computer Norton 360 wont even get this thing off the computer I have tried all I know so I need help I dont want to wipe the machine again I want to know how to beat this thing.
