Internet access troubles

hi there, there is something wrong with my computer and it blocks various things from acessing the internet, like gunbound, swiftswitch and gunz. i turn off virus scanner and firewall and have also port forwarded, i would like to know a way to find out whats blocking these connections thanks

Ugh. I just had a run-in with content advisor on a co-worker's computer. Google to the rescue.
