Installing San Andreas mods

Hey everyone, I recently visited gtagaming.com for some vehicle mods. I dont know where to put them in the San Andreas file under program files. Can any of you point me to a good tutorial site or can someone tell me how to install mods? Thanks

each mod is generally different. I've never seen one that didn't come with an info file that tells you where to put the stuff.

Most mods these days come in compressed format (zipped), so use an unzipping program like Winrar (my favourite). Double click on the mod file and the unzipping program will open it for you and usually like Nubius said there should be a "readme" file with all the installation instructions. You usually you have to extract a certain file to C:/Program files/Rockstargames/gtasanandeas/data. That's not the correct path but when you open up the read me the correct path should be shown.
