I get this when i try to login FB

Hi. This is my first post and I hope I can get answer from all of you. I dont really sure either my case can consider as spyware or not. Here is my problem.

I try to login to my facebook acc and when I click [Log In] button, there is a message box (not really a msg from FB or but more like advertisement, that need us to answer several questions and then fill in our phone numbers --the deduce money from our credit). Please help me, really know dont what to do.

Yes that looks like spyware to me. I would run a scan with Malwarebytes Antimalware.
