I cant figure it out!

My computer is running ridiculously slow...I've run adaware, norton corporate, spybot S&D, windows defender. I had my Hijack This Log checked out and it was fine..

Im running:
T1 connection
Windows XP Pro
Pentium 4 - 1.80 GHz
1.79 GHz, 512mb of RAM

can anyone help me figure this out!?

are their any other scanning programs that may work better?
