I AM REALLY ANGRY (Itouch)

Ok, so for some ridiculous reason I though I would try and jail break my itouch..don't do it!!

So here is my problem, the jalbreaking failed and all I want to do is to restore it back to normal but it comes up with this text with some error message. It aint detected by itunes does anyone know how to restore with out itunes ????

ive tried the sleep and menu button but this white text just keeps on appearing

Before mods / chris come and say it is illegal. I would suggest you go to YouTube / Forums that deal with jailbreaking.Just stay calm , and as always google is your friend.
