How to put programs on a stock psp

ok i was also wondering if anyone can tell me how to put some apps on my stock psp which means its not homebrewed or any of that stuff, i have version i think 3.1 or 2. if u can can you guys tell me what r some good apps i should put on mine, or games anything.

i think you need 1.5 or 2.0 for homebrewing games mate
