How To Access Internet Site - Help Needed

I am told if there are some sites which your browser can not take you due to any reason like your telephone people having blocked it, there is some sort of other system called proxy or there are some sites through which you can reach such sites. Two three years back I once tried it as an exercise and general knowledge through a site which name was perhaps “rubbox” or “rainbox” and it workd. Later I forgot it. Can these who are expert on internet tell any such site.

so you're trying to find this site named rubbox or rainbox? What was on this site?

If you're looking for public proxys, you could prolly do a search on open proxy or public proxy. But I find it somewhat useless, with the exception of trying to hide your identity, because you would need inet access to communicate with the proxy.
