Help with Speakers. Simple question

I currently have a 500w PSU in my computer and i was planning on buying this 5.1 surround sound speaker system and sound card.

and

Newegg.com - Creative Sound Blaster Audigy SE 7.1 Channels 24-bit 96KHz PCI Interface Sound Card - Sound Cards

Please tell me if these will work together, or if they are good or not. Also i was wondering will my 500w PSU work because i have a 9800gt in my computer with Intel duo core atm. Will i need to get a bigger PSU to give the speakers there full capacity?

There won't be any power supply problem; the speakers are powered through a wall socket

And yes, the will work (green+black+orange on both).
