Help pls

hey

hi everyone hope you all gd. I hav a problem well actually my girl friend does. she is a member of a website..i thin it xtinaxposed.com or somthin but when she goes to the homepage insted of having the log in box it is replaced by:

Error: Unable to load login portlet.
ROOT CAUSE: Element type "username" must be followed by either attribute specifications, ">" or "/>".

but this only happens on her computer. As i am not the most knowlegable person about all this i was wonderin if anyone could tell me what this means and how to fix the problem.

umm her homepage? any page? or this page's home? lol

this sounds like it could be an error in the site she has as her homepage, the browser itself, or an infection.
