GTA San Andreas Crash!!! plz help

The problem is that when I start playing GTA san andreas or GTA Vice city it reboots my PC, it happened also once when I activate the EAX in Star Wars Battlefront 2, I don't know what to do, plz HELP

I got a:
Pentium IV 2.4GHz
512Ram
Geforce FX5700
Intel Motherboard
