Grand theft Auto Hardware questions

so, im planning to get GTA SA. My graphics card is an ATI Mobility radeon 9000 with 64 mb. of memory. Will this be enough to play the game or do i just stick with the classic GTA Vice City and GTA 3?

San Andreas is a bit heavier than Vice City, hardware-wise. The card will run the game, but you'll need to sacrifice a lot of graphical effects (expect 1024x768 with low quality settings). I played SA with a GeForce4 MX440 (64MB).

Works fine at 800x600 high settings, or 1024x768 medium on my ancient Geforce Ti4200 64MB.

yeh, its that my Dell 600M has heat issues (heating up, BIOS slowing it down and losing the USB ports and slow framerates. Im planning to try to get one of those cooling pads but im afraid it wont solve my problem.
