Good utility for consoldating duplicate files?

I'm keeping a collection of driver files for various machines handy on a USB device. Several of the machines however use the same drivers for some components, and the amount of space these duplicate files are taking up is becoming somewhat difficult to manage, Since I keep the drivers for each machine in a different folder to make them easy to find.

Is there a utility out there that can locate duplicate files, and then consolidate them, replacing the files with shortcuts to the master copy?

then why is driverpack.net occupied by a domain squatter?

I have something like 1.8 gigs of drivers so far, and still accumulating more, all of which I use... for various Dell, HP, Toshiba, Compaq, Intel, Acer and IBM/Lenovo models.
