Good traffic monitoring tools

I have a Linux box setup as a Squid/Dansguardian proxy server. I'm using IPTRAF on the same server to monitor the current traffic of users using the proxy. It's all right but kind of messy. Is there anything a little neater that will show the current in/out speeds like IPTRAF? Thanks.
