Folder view with HTTP server

I set up a simple HTTP server to host a web page on. Our school only allows floppy disks and I needed to take some large images to school, so I tried using my HTTP, and it worked. However, making a page and pasting links to each thing I upload is a long process, so I'm wondering if you can automate such a task. The problem is that the server is a Pentium 133MHz with only 40MB RAM and Windoze 95. It's running "Abyss Web Server", a small web server that seemed to run on such old hardware. I'm not sure if school would allow FTP or not, and I don't want to risk getting kicked off the comps for trying, so I'd like to keep using HTTP, plus the 40GB hard drive I used for my FTP died on me.
