Fluff Programs?

I was just wondering, but the other day, I was looking to delete an old game from my computer, and I saw that I had tons of random programs I never heard of and never use. I was wondering if you guys know of any fluff programs that serve no purpose and that can be deleted to hopefully make some space on my computer's drives? Thanks.
