search your harddrive with keywords 'firefox' & 'mozilla' delete everything you find,

search your registry with keywords 'firefox' & 'mozilla' delete everything you find,

download the latest firefox version from a different site than you downloaded it from before,

install firefox.

Im a new firefox user and came from using i.e 6.
Ive got the lastest version and i think ive only ever had that error one or twice in 3 weeks of using it everyday.

I used to get the same kind of errors with i.e 6 anyway.

Be sure to apply the memory leak fix for FF... especially if you use a lot of tabs while browsing (like me ).

I stickied it at the top of this forum.
