Excel Questions

hey everybody, im trying to get a excel spreadsheet to run correctly, but im running into one problem. On one tab, i have a ton of data entered in different sections, with each row referring to a certain object. I know it is possible to name those rows, and have done so, but then i want to make it possible for me to only enter the name of that data range on a different tab, and have the data show up. i know there is a way to do it, but so far i am not having any luck. a little help please?

If you have an example I could help you out. Email me the sheet explaining what you want done. Kind of difficult to explain unless I see what you are trying to do. If you feel unconfortable emailing the actual information just do a small example worksheet.
