Does anyone know if Elder Scrolls IV Oblivion will work with a Fuzion Geforce FX 5500 256MB PCi Video card? Thank You Please Reply

no more like low settings. cause your card series is at the bottom of the list, ya for good frame rate it will have to be played on low settings.

Did anybody notice he said PCI??? Yea it will lag even on lowest res and lowest graphical settings. But at least you can play it

If you get Oblivion, install the patch v1.1 and there is an option to set the graphics for low end cards, so it should work but it won't look great.

That card will make the game barely playable on extremely low settings. Doubt it will be any fun, really. :/

Yea, 7-9 fps on the very lowest settings isn't exactly my fun image of Obilivion. Part of the beauty of the whole game is the fact that...well...it's beautiful. I love being able to walk around and truly enjoy what I am starring at for hours on end. I have an FX5500 in an older machine of mine and it does well to get a decent amount of frames in Morrowind so....I wouldn't buy Oblivion until I had a card that would allow me to enjoy it and not lag through it.
