DVD To VOB Files

I was wondering, if I have a DVD from a television series, say South Park for example, which has about 7-8 episodes on one disc, when i create VOB files from the dvd, will the vob files be seperates episodes, all together as one, or can i choose? (I'm using DVD Shrink by the way). I would like to have them as seperate episodes that i can upload onto my portable device and watch certain ones at my choosing.

no. each vob is 1024mb long except the last one.

I think dvd shrink can rip each episode seperate though in reauthor mode

Like said above, all Vob are different. You can do it in DivX though.
