Download tracker?

does anyone have any input for a download tracker for a network.

now when i say download tracker what i really mean is an app that i can have on my computer that keeps track of what's been downloaded throughout the day, but it's a little more complicated because i'm on a network where two other people access internet and can download.

i should say that i have hughesnet, and yes, they do have a tracker but i'm looking for more of a convenient approach.
i also have vista...

any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

What you are looking for is a network internet monitor.

They will keep track of all the things that goes on with your network. I have not personally used any so i can not advise on a good one. But that search should be of some use.

The Opera browser also has a basic tracker if you're only looking to see what you've downloaded the past while. If you want specific details then use a more complex one.
