Contrary to what I hear a lot on these forums, I only have 1 product by D-link that's survived more than a month, and that is a PCMCIA Wireless G card that resides in a very old laptop that my mother uses for email when she's away from her desktop.
I hear back and forth on Linksys, but I swear by them. Every single Linksys product I own is the original one and has held up for years. I haven't had to buy any networking equipment for quite some time. When I was blowing routers left and right I was bouncing back and forth between D-link and Motorola. Nothing ****es me off more than a router dying at 3 am when I'm in a Counterstrike Tournament.
Some people praise D-link and down Linksys. Whatever. From my experience, it's the severe opposite. But I typically keep my mouth shut on the matter because I know what I like and what does the job for me, so I stick with it.
