create start up disk

please help me i want to format my 1GB jetflash as ms-dos start up disk like floppy disk.anyone know it please kindly do me a help?

hello all

thank you that you did me a help.
after searching now i got a tool called HP USB Disk Storage Format Tool.
it allows me to create dos start up disk by using dos system file locate at:...... so on the dos system file locate at,first i browse to folder system32 second i browse to system and third i browse to C:
, but it all appear there are no valid DOS system file locate at the specifies location .i don't know how to do it. please help again!

That is because DOS has not been used with Windows since Windows 98. So if you are trying to use this boot disk to get into a Windows XP system it will NOT work. DOS was phased out of Windows years ago. It is now stand alone and the Command Line is a very dumbed down version of DOS. But overall DOS is inactive on any PC since Windows ME.
