Recently I bought a second-hand 24" Samsung SyncMaster 245B and the couriers dropped the thing and broke about 4" of the right side (It just shows vertical colored lines). Long story short I can't get it replaced and I would like to tweak the output (Using a custom resolution profile) so that it fills the remaining section of the screen. The only problem is that when using DVI I can disable scaling but I can't shift the image across the screen, and when I use RGB out I can shift the image across using the drivers but it won't let disable scaling so the image still fills the screen at lower resolutions. I would appreciate any help.

Spec's;

-Nvidia GTX285
-Intel Q6600 @3.2Ghz
-4Gb G.Skill DDR2 @1068Mhz
-2 500Gb WD 7200.11's in RAID0
-Gigabyte GA-G33M-DS2R
-22" Samsung SyncMaster primary screen
