Hi guys, huge problem and can't figure out whats wrong. The website EagleIT - Home is a site I'm apart of and I typically remote into the server or need to access this site to administer it. The problem is that I can't access it or any of its features on the server on any machine on my network. If I do a proxy I can hit it. My co-workers can hit it... but I can't. I did a tracert and found that it leaves my router and gets to rogers servers... and then times out. I can't see rogers blocking a website like this... especially seeing how I was able to gain access to the server a week ago. Heres the tracert log.

I've disabled my antivirus... firewalls... nothing on my machine seems to blocking this address... I can't ping it but when i use nmap to ping the address while doing a -Pn option, it pings... but standard ping won't work. I need help... any ideas?

So your co-workers are on the same network, same ISP and can access the site ok? It is just your specific station? That is strange indeed. Can you access it by IP address at all rather than using the DNS name? I would doubt it since that is what its using in your trace route. Have you tried a system restore to a time you know it was working to see if it works then? This will at least tell you that some sore of system change of update of some sorts caused the issue.

System restore wouldn't help at all... its my entire network that can't hit the work servers... plugged directly into the modem and it starts to work... back into router and nothing. Its a nice router too... dual band gigabit and whatnot.... but just won't hit the servers anymore... I think its time to upgrade to Time Machine.

Aghh ok that is what I was trying to gether...so its everyone on your network who cant hit it...yea then restore whould do no good. Since it works directly off the modem then yea its for sure something with the router..is this an enterprise level type cisco router or a basic home/small business router costing between $100-$500? It if is a basic router have you performed a factory reset? I wouldnt reccomend this with an enterprise level type router unless you are good with the IOS.
