Hi,
When i try to access microsoft site, it doesn't load, i also can't enter any AV sites like AVG, and sites like majorgeeks.com and the spybot site.
I had to download spybot off softpedia, but i can't install it because the installer downloads a file from the official site, and it errors out because i can't access the site.
I downloaded HIJACKTHIS but can't install it(when i double click the installer, nothing pops up).
I can't go into safe-mode(when i get to the user account part and i click administrator, or any other account my computer reboots)
I can't ping www.microsoft.com:
ping Microsoft Corporation
Pinging lb1.www.ms.akadns.net [207.46.19.254] with 32 bytes of data:

Request timed out.
Ping statistics for 207.46.19.254:
