Camera Image Shifting program?

Hi
So this is kinda complicated.
You know there's an audio repeater program to another sound output line and all.

Now I'm going to try and keep clear on my subject.

I don't have a computer camera
But I wanted a program that when I went to, for instance, chatroullete, and it would ask me to access my camera, and I'd say yes, and with that program i could set an image as if I was holding the camera in front of that image.

So, instead of a webcam, it displays a picture or video?

A lot of webcam software have this feature already. I know ManyCam does.

BTW as I see from manycam's description, it only adds effects.
Am i wrong?

Pretty sure there was a setting to set the video source to an image or video.

Can always just run a Google search yourself as well and see what other webcam software has this feature.

No It's weird I can record a window inside that program.

I want it to add a pic to the Camera channel like I had a camera connected to my computer.
I want it to create a channel existence in the computer and put a video or a picture and if I open skype for example on a videocall, that picture or video appears.

Like I said, you're wanting to play a video or picture over the pseudo-webcam stream, correct?
