Hi, I am new to the forum, and I hope I don't start out by breaking any rules.

Just wondering if there is a good program to buy to clean out my mothers computer (Dell Windows XP Home Edition). It is running so slow. I have tried to delete programs not needed, temporary internet files, and recycle bin, as well as going to "my computer," and doing a disk cleanup.

Thanks for any advice.
