He seems to of got it off by scanning the computer in safe mode and turnt the proxy off inside internet explora , it was off a forum he goes on, but its gone now, we will have to wait and see if it comes back

If you are talking about the entries I want you to remove, open hijackthis and click scan. Then you will see checkboxes next to all the entires, put a checkmark in each box I have listed and then once done, click Fix Checked.
