aim question

hi,hope I'm not confusing here haha. well something i'm wondering about. say someone on AIM turns their away message on and is away of course,yet someone sends them a message anyway for he/she to read once they come back. just suppose that person gets knocked off,like completely knocked off where they'll have to sign back on or just knocked off where it'll automatically sign he/she back on after a short while..would the message then disappear once they get knocked off or does it still stay on the screen for them to read? thanks

I'am almost sure if AIM Disconnects the USER, the user will still receive the message unless the computer is turned off/restarted. I still received messages when I once used AOL 9.0.

yea u wont recieve the messages if it completely knocks you off
better thing to do if u r worried about that is get a aim messagener logger such as www.palfun.com it logs all ur convos plus more

if you're knocked off on AIM, all messages recieved are gone
