Advanced Cursor Program?

I'd like to have my Icon, which is basically a ">", to have it's center of rotation be the point in which mouse clicks are registered, and for it to rotate to the direction I'm moving it in. Does anyone know of any programs that can do this?

It's something I've wanted to do, but have been too bad to make, so I'd like to see if anyone else has made it.

I highly doubt it. What color hair/eyes does the James you know have?

SpinMyCursor is a small program That changes your mouse arrow to any (animated) Poison image. After selecting your image, you can decide to rotate That image to the direction you move your mouse. The effect is very realistic and funny. Applies for demonstration goals, or just for fun.
