4000+ Quick Question

How far have you guys seen one pushed w/o upping the voltage? I got mine up to 2.77 (2.1 stock) and I havent upped the voltages yet and its stable here. Also, i only got the ram at DDR400 right now, its running low at 250mhz aprox., will my stability be affected when i try to get it to around the normal 400?

I had mine sitting at 3.0ghz 24/7 with minimal voltage modding. Never saw a reason to go past that, I don't think you'll see any increase in speed unless you benchmark it.
