Re: USB and Ethernet connections stopped working overnight

You need to download the Network, Audio, USB3, JMicron SATA, etc.., drivers from Asus. The chipset driver just updates the Intel chipset and the Intel SATA controller not the other onboard components.

Re: home network storage

Re: First Computer Build (in Germany)

I agree with tj_extreme, if you happen to have a problem, Gigabyte offers the worse support and their RMA policy is awful. I've only bought one Gigabyte product in my life and it is and will be the...

Re: home network storage

You want it to work with your router but you haven't told us what router your using? Is your router fairly new? Does it have a usb port? I would go with one of these.

Re: asus memory compatability list

patonb is correct, more or less. It's not the mobo that has to work though, it's the cpu (memory controller is built into the cpu). Exactly what Corsair Vengeance 1600MHz kit did you buy? Can you...

Re: BSODs

I know you've ran and passed memtest but it still sounds like a memory problem. How many sticks of ram are you using? Two? Does your mobo have 4 ram slots? Have you tried moving your memory to the...
