To me it looks like you've half got a parallel loop setup for the GPUs and half a serial. You might be better off asking PPMguire for help

Here's the idea if you had a fully parallel loop...

Fwiw I haven't ever started a job where the first few weeks didn't suck, but pretty **** if nobody's even training you or checking up on progress to see there's an obvious issue with the direction...
