you need to jumper it to sata1 in order for the mobo to pick it up as it supports sata1 only , sata2 drives are backward compatible but not automatically it all depends on the jumper position..

try resetting the cmos , unplug the power cord and get the battery out for 1 hour ,then put it back & plug the cord & power up , its important to put the battery back exactly as it was and not upside...

as far as i know no os supports using 2 video...

as far as i know no os supports using 2 video cards at once , theres a reason 2 in sli/crossfire is seen as 1 card on the os.. , if you gotta get it done youll need to get this...
