the firmware can be downloaded and installed with the zune program. just plug the zune in and on the left side of the program right click on the name of your zune and select "check for zune device updates" and it will download and install it. hope it works for ya

no its not an onboard. its a newer gfx card. idk if its over heating but my computer does run really hot around 56-60C. what program can you use to check the temps of the graphics card because i have everest home and Intel active monitor.

almost everytime my dad logs off his name on our family computer the monitor goes black and to the green red and blue box and says self check mode. the only way to get back to the log in screen is to restart the computer. updateing the gfx card drivers didnt work neither did installing old ones...

do you by chance know the number. My friend is having this same problem and he tried calling the number on his box and it didnt work.
