Also, since you are getting the 2500k, I assume overclocking, you should get an aftermarket cooler for that CPU. I cannot recommend any because I have never actually used any but I hear good things about the Coolermaster Hyper 212+. I also think that Asus P8P67 LE isn't made to overclock...

I'm getting more opinions. The more informed the better I'd say :) From what I've read most would say that 12 phase is good enough, so yeah. And so I will go with the Asus because it is a trusted brand.

I really really think that you should opt for a 2500k instead because for $10 more you get the option of unlocked overclocking. Other than that I think it looks good.
