I just picked up a xfx 5770 and i am pretty impressed. All the games i play are buttery smooth at highest at 1920x1080. borderlands is honestly the biggest load i have put on it tho.

I would think your gpu could be clocked alittle higher and Im sure your cpu can. I am running a gigabyte mobo or I would give you a step by step. I have my 955be running at 3.8 on stock cooler and my intergrated hd4200 clocked at 900mhz.

well I have a Live cd, and it loads the first fedora symbol then black screen. My monitor doesnt go into standby but nothing is visible. I havent been able to find a download for 64 bit version. Can someone help, maybe I will just try to install and forget the live cd I have.

Other than through AMD overdrive I am not sure. It has limits to what you can do but it seems you can get good little performance increases out of both very easily. I wouldn't personally overclock the cpu with overdrive unless you have an unlocked multiplier which i dont think your cpu does. But...

As far as the case goes, I just picked up a xion axp600 and I like it. Needs a couple more fans than it comes with but overall it is a great case for the money. Cable management is great, has 4 hot swappable sata bays, and has no problem with space for big cpu coolers and long video cards...
