I hope i dident bend them putting them in...they do require a fair bit of force :/ But both are bent...ive built a good number of pc's and done many upgrades before, surely i wouldnt bend 2 new ones just like that.

Tried that. i tried every combination i could think of....

Im using the 2 old sticks right now. And ive tried all 4 at once, just the 2 new, 1 of the new ones, 1 new, 2 old, etc. whenever a new one is in, i get beeps and no screen, or no beeps and no screen.

Yeah i tried those combinations. Just usual, monitor doesnt flick on with bios report and that.

when i first got my ram it was overclocking detected. i fixed that with my old ram by setting my FSB to 200mhz isntead of 206mhz.

Ive tried with only 1 stick. Oh by the way, incase it helps, the pc beeps with some combinations of the new ram. Also the pc doesnt boot to bios with no ram at all in it.

I have memtest86 but i cant use it because when i turn it on, the monitor doesnt come on. with those 2 new sticks anyway.

Yes ive tried each stick in all 4 slots. And yes it supports 4GB.
