I will do that but the strangest thing is any website I go to it pops up the windows and tabs but doesn't for this site at all... Well, I ran the combo fix and it deleted files and what not but it didn't take care of the popping up windows and tabs, it's still the same thing.

I'm not a very computer savvy guy here, I just use the internet a lot but don't know much about computers at all. Before this morning, my internet experience was normal but that changed. This morning when I visited a website, 2-4 windows open with 18 tabs, some state they can't find a page or...
