I want to build a gaming pc, I only have a 500 dollar budget.. I don't need an OS or a Monitor though, but I hardly know what parts are best.. I want to play, CoD4, CoD WaW, Day of Defeat, Red Orchestra, Europa Universalis III thats about it, I figure I dont need that great of a system to run...

Is it possible to build a decent gaming rig for $600? I want to be able to play games like Oblivion and Fallout 3 with decent settings. I don't know much about computers so I don't really know what to look for. There are so many videocards now, it confuses me. :D I need everything but a monitor btw

hmmm, can't use current case because its not mine, Cases are pretty expensive too, will push my budget up a bit. I can use my current CD drive though which is a plus. Can I use any case? Does the case matter alot? (as far as cooling and such) oh and isnt 1.8GHz slower then 3.3? sorry I don't...
