Ok I just intalled the driver for the audio. And it still shows up as no device??

I checked the manual and I have the right pins set and everything. Bust still no sound, do you think something is wrong with the mobo, not my settings?

I tryed to find it in BIOS and i checked under every category but I still can't find anything related to audio.

Ok well I just built my computer and everything is working fine. However, my onboard sound isn't working. It said in the control panel that it has no audio device. I tryed plugging in a pci sound card but and when I installed the drivers it said I didn't have the right chip. Can someone...

Ok I don't know why but my sound is not working! I just put my comp together and it has a onboard sound jack, however that doesn't work. Then I decided to put in a PCI sound card and that also didn't work, when i tried loading on the driver for the pci soundcard it said i did th e right audio...

I downloaded that one program and it says that my cpu is at 39C when I'm playing counterstrike. So I don't think its overheating My friend said it could be my power supply, he said something about the 12v not giving enough amps to the cpu and videocard. What is he talking about?

Sorry I'm im a newb, how do I check my cpu temperature?

Umm I built it my self and I did overclock. But I pulled the motherboard battery out and reset everything and it still does the same thing.

Ok well this is really pissing me off right now. I just got my computer up and running and every like 5-10 minutes of playing counter strike my computer just shuts down and all i see is a black screen... But my comp is still running. Whats wrong? :mad:

Ok well i just got my mobo (A8N-E) in the mail yesterday and I set everything up, since i dont have my 6600gt yet and the mobo doesnt have a vga slot, i put in my old pci video card. For some reason i'm not getting any kind of video out of it just a blank screen. Is there a problem with the mobo??
