No, I just manually uninstalled the Graphics Driver and reinstalled the drivers.

Back when I originally had this issue I updated my drivers and it seemed to have made it worse. This was ~3 days ago.

I checked and it says ~39 celsius but I felt the card and it wasn't hot to the touch or anything like that, it felt fine externally. My CPU also said ~35 celsius.
