if you have amazon prime, you can stream a lot of the videos for unlimited too!
kindle fire is nice! go with the kindle
just make sure you know what spec's youre looking for? SATA or IDE? i guess thats the most important part.
but everything else is mostly not too important in compatibility and whatnot.
as long as you know what you're looking for you should be okay. you should be doing that with all your pc parts...
if youre looking to upgrade your CPU then you should definitely consider upgrading your PSU.. something not too fancy, but something with more but not too crazy. under a budget, maybe.
better cpu & better gpu will definitely eat up more wattage. you should look into it more before making upgrades.
if your going to keep upgrading your parts in your dell, i would suggest you getting a more power PSU.
the GPU's nowadays use up a lot of wattage just to run it, so its always nice to have good headspace within your power wattage.
500w~600w is usually more than enough, but i dont think 300w isnt...

make sure you know what specs you're looking for when it comes to purchasing a motherboard.
it all depends on what else you're going to have on your mobo. 600W can be enough, unless you're going to have massive amount of other stuff in your rig.
but for a decent setup, 600W~ish is usually plenty.

it could be the input volume from your mic. theres a sitting on you pc where it plays back your signal from your mic back out from your speakers/headsets just so you can hear yourself.
if your noise level is high, you can turn down that setting and you should be fine. if thats not case, then...
it seems pretty legit to me.
something you can probably have in consideration is upgrading the graphics card if you're going to be gaming on it.
there are some crazy games coming out soon and that GT240 is going to become old very fast.
