yes the usb ports are usb 2.0 problem is the hard drive has no power input - the only power it gets is from the usb. it works on some other computers :(
I've bought a WD passport hard drive and it needs 1000ma power; my usb ports only give out 500ma. Can anyone advise me on how to get it to work? Thank you :happy:
