With my ASUS mobo and my g.skill ram I am able to get a clock of 938MHz for my ram but I cannont get to 1000MHz. Ok what exactly is unstable? Is it when your computer restarts by itself? Is it when you get a blue screen error? Is it when your computer Freezes? Right now my computer only restarts I don't know if it is a protection thing or unstable thing. Thanks

My cpu is oc'ed 50% running at 46 C under load Although I had crappy thermal paste. Thanks for answering my orginal question SHAWN I think that I'll just pay attention to the cpu temp not the core 1 and core 2.
