Yeah I actually have 2 of these laptops and they both do the same thing. I recently noticed that the screen flickers sort of when it picks up and loses a connection. I'm wondering if these wifi cards in these laptops have some power issues or something.
I own a small business and am looking for some software. I would like to be able to have a greeting, then give callers some options such as "press 1 for sales" "press 2 for service" etc. Does anyone know of any affordable software out there that can do this? Thanks for any help.
Its not the router or modem, I recently got a new modem and it still does it. It also does it at my fiance's parents house and other devices never lose connection at the same places. It is something with the laptop.
Excellent. I am still connected to my router it seems, just have no internet connection for some reason. And I know my router isn't losing connection because it happens while I am connected to my Xbox and playing online with the same connection. Though it doesn't matter if I am playing or not.
I've also noticed it depends on the sites you go to somewhat. Like the connection goes out a lot for my fiance because she goes to myspace and victorias secret. Like I tried victorias secret like she was just doing and every time I click a product to bring up another page it loses connection...
I've updated the 2100 Wireless LAN card driver. I looked up the drivers and theres a couple hundred total. I have no idea what needs to be updated or not. Anyone else have this problem and know how to fix it?
Well I have a Dell D600 I picked fairly cheap used. Ever since I got it has lost its wireless connection very frequently. Most of the time its just for a second and then it take a minute as it says aquiring network address. But it will say the connection to my network is excellent. Any ideas to...
