Better use VPN, and if u ain't cracking any web apps, sites or spread malware, than you can use VDS with own VPN on it, and don't forget to set off logging. But anyway, your speed will be lower... i.e.: kebrum.com, hidemyass.com etc or rent VDS and configure your own VPN- sm0k3

My antivirus program won't start
To run your PC in safe mode just push F8 while system starting... Otherwise, you can try to use LiveCD (even better than safe-mode). Hint: Antivirus won't save your PC, never, just from simple, old or not actual malware, that's it. Better install VMware Workstation or VirtualBox, create new...- sm0k3
