Eh, thanks for all your help, but I decided that everything would fix itself if I just reinstalled windows, and it did. Thanks again everyone.

I'm not sure if I'm behind a firewall. I've never really understood that crap. I've never personally set up a firewall, so unless it's automatically been set up there shouldn't be one. And yes, I'm behind a router also. We connect to a HUB and Router.
